The Junior League of Jackson’s 2022-2023 Provisions Members are excited to present the second annual Community Farmers Market: Where Hope Grows. This free event will be held Saturday, April 15, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Boys and Girls Clubs of Central Mississippi Free (1450 West Capitol Street, Jackson, MS).

The project focuses on all three of the Junior League of Jackson’s community impact areas: children’s health, social development, and early literacy.

Activities will include:

• Local farmers will be on-hand giving away packages of produce
• Cooking demonstrations highlighting healthy and delicious meal prep ideas
• Food trucks
• Dental and vision screenings
• Children’s activities including dance and martial arts demonstrations, Imagination playground, Magic show
• Haircuts for men and boys

There is so much to see and do for the whole family at this free and fun community event!
